I think I’d rather give a review after I’m able to get the car washed, as I see some spots that have some sort of residue and I can’t be certain what that is. I would have asked upon receipt of my keys, but the person who handed me my keys, looked like he was a mechanic or porter, and not specifically who handled my claim. If the marks don’t come off, I’ll be back to have the work corrected, at no cost to me or my insurance. Would highly recommend as far as the work goes but would surely warn against leaving things in your car because they'll probably end up missing.

The car was fine but I noticed things had been moved around in my truck and I also had a bag with at least $30 in change in my trunk that was missing when I got my car back.

The team at Caliber Collision did an exceptional job repairing my car and I had a fantastic experience. They informed me at drop off about the whole process and answered my questions well. Afterwards, they would consistently provide updates on the status of my car and which steps they were on. A team member was able to send a picture of my car during repair per my request and I greatly appreciated it! When I was able to pick up my car, they explained protocols well to me. My car looked fantastic, I would argue better than when I initially purchased it. Thanks so much to the team, they did a phenomenal job and now I can live my life again. (:
