The work was done well and in a timely manner. When I dropped my car off they said they knew my deductible was waved. I got a text on tuesday morning saying it was ready to pick up. I called and asked if I could come after work around four and he said to call when I was on my way. I called at four thirty and he said the guy left early and didn't finish my car and still had to detail it, so I had to wait till the next day. When I went to pick it up the next morning, they tried to charge me the deductible. They couldn't seem to get confirmation from my Insurance company and suggested I pay it and submit it to my insurance for reimbursement. That seemed like more of a hassle, so I left and waited a few hours until they called with confirmation that I could finally come and pick it up. All in all a decent experience the ending just didn't go so well. Bummed that the car wasn't detailed although it was washed on the outside.
