To be honest with you, caliber collision was the third place I called. It took three tries to get someone who had and outs of customer service, Stevie was her name. She probably set up a drop off Dave for our car and turn me over to Steve who had already spoke to Our insurance adjuster. after drop off we were constantly updated on the progress of our vehicle. We picked up this vehicle what it was three years old, but it looked better at pick up that I did go to we bought it! Hats off and thank you to Stevie, Steve and the whole gang in Caliber Collision! Found the front passenger wheel was not tightened. 3 lug nuts ready to fall off 2 loose. Air intake hose clamps not tightened. I rectified both problems before they came bigger problems. Thanks for the timely repair.
