Highly disappointed with Caliber Collision. The body repair and panel alignment were not done properly, and the aftermarket passenger-side headlight they installed has already stopped working. My experience with Matthew was also frustrating—he was rude, did not seem to understand or address my concerns, and the quality of the work was poor. Overall, the workmanship and customer service were disappointing. I would not recommend this body shop.
