Windshield was not repaired as discussed. There was a noise that was not there before and found wiring in door not properly attached and reinstalled

Initially it was good. I thought Andrea was conveying information that I needed to know only to find out everything was not disclosed. In addition, Kyle called me to argue. The establishment took advantage of my lack of mechanical knowledge and did just enough to secure the deductible. Dishonest without integrity.

I picked my car up under the impression every thing was fixed. After getting about 30 minutes away from the shop (I live 45 minutes away) something starts to drag underneath of my car. After getting out any seeing that there was something wrong I called caliber collision where my car was fixed. After speaking with the front desk person, requesting my car be towed due to it not being safe to drive, I was told that would not do that and it would be on my expense if I chose to have it towed. I then drove the car back to the shop & was greeted by who I assume is the manager- he was very nice and apologetic, which is the only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 0. I called into caliber collision 2 days after dropping my car off for the second time to get an update since I have not heard anything & the same person at the front desk did not seem to have any info or able to answer my questions.
