The installation of the back light part took @ 20 minutes. Still charged $214.00. Since labor costs $73 per hour, I was disappointed in the estimated cost for labor. Otherwise pleased with the service.

There were a few things i was unsatisfied with, mostly the fit of the headlight as after 4 tries it still did not sit correctly as compared to the passenger side, even tho I was informed by the general manager that because the bumper was not oem the tolerances were not as tight however the passenger headlight still sits completely flush with the new part. The chrome trim panel on driver side also does not sit flush as compared to the passenger side. I was also under the impression that the driverside mirror would have been painted with the other parts and not just buffed when it was pointed out after. I appreciate the time and effort put into the vehicle but i cannot say I'm completely satisfied with the work done.
