Getting an appointment was difficult due to the repair places lack of flexibility. They ordered the wrong mirror and I had to wait an extra week and a half for the proper mirror to come in

Did not repair my vehicle. Took them 4 days to discover manufacturer would not allow them to work on a handicapped accessible vehicle.
