I would recommend Caliber Collision in Salisbury, Md. even though my car ended up being considered totaled. I was given all the information as to why it was “worth” repairing due to insurance standards. The mechanic was very kind and thorough with his information. When I went to clean the car out, I was shocked to find the $50 bill and picture of me and a friend that had been given to me in November, 2023 for my birthday! I was so surprised and impressed with the integrity and kindness that the employees Caliber Collision displayed ( especially Kelley). Thank you all very much. You made a difficult situation much easier and gave me hope in humanity! I will recommend Caliber Collision of North Salisbury to others in the future. Thank you!

Kelly and Kyle were extremely nice and understanding of all my concerns and trepidations, they really took the time to talk to me and put my mind at ease.
