Car came out looking great however timeline for repairs was completely unsatisfactory. What originally was forecast for approximately 3 weeks took 3 months

I was not satisfied at all and could never in good conscience recommend them…..it took an inordinate amount of time due to the questionable quality of replacement parts and at a significant additional cost to me! They of course blamed everthing on the insurance co or profit.

Question the quality of products used… always the cheapest.. never good Jeep parts.. my two wheels had to be made(?) 3 times… first two sets were defective.

Lee and Wayne were very helpful and patient with me during the entire process. They kept me informed during the process. I was treated with professionalism. Lee explained things about my vehicle when it was completed that really made me appreciate what you guys do. Lee went above and beyond basic customer care.
