It was very good experience - as always. Job was done perfectly. Only thing needs to be improvement is communication between the repair shop, insurance and the car rental company. Every time the repair deadline was extended, the car rental called me and advised to contact my insurance company for extension of rental date. Not sure communication breakdown is between the repair shop and the insurance company or between insurance company and the rental company or between all three. There was excellent communication from the repair shop with me, though. Thank you calliber collision.

I have used Caliber before and the great service and workmanship was why we chose them again. Caliper prepared the estate, helped with the rental car, returning the rental car, and taking care of of all the logistics.
