Wayne was great at keeping us updated on what stages the truck was in throughout the time it was being repaired. Anytime I called to ask a question, the front desk was more than accommodating. Always a wonderful experience when we need them!

Caliber took my car, gave me a reasonable time frame and beat the time frame by multiple days. They gave me consistent updates on my vehicle and made sure I was in the know. I haven’t had the chance to look over the car as my son is living in Salisbury this summer ( and probably will not have the opportunity for another month or so), but he said it looked great . Thank you for making it easy for him to get the car in and pick it up . It was kind of a big deal for him as he never has had to do anything like that .

Overall, I appreciate the efforts of the staff and the completion of the repair. However, after bringing the vehicle home and taking a closer look, I noticed several issues that affected my satisfaction with the repair quality. The black trim panel above the wheel does not appear to be properly secured or aligned, and I also noticed paint residue/overspray on the side of the vehicle. In addition, the fitment of the right side of the front bumper, which was the area repaired, does not appear to be as flush or evenly aligned as the left side. When comparing both sides, the repaired side appears slightly misaligned. Because of these concerns, I do not feel the repair fully met my expectations. I would appreciate the opportunity to have these items inspected and corrected. Thank you for your attention to these concerns.
