Well, as far as I can tell, the repairs were done superbly. It's the shoddy detailing job afterwards that has been extremely frustrating. When I came to pick up my vehicle after the repairs, I noticed spots on the side of the vehicle, which was not even where repairs were made, that looked to me like the adhesive from the sticker covers used to protect the rest of the car from the paint job. And because I couldn't sit and wait for an hour for it to get buffed out, they said to bring it back the next day. So I brought it back the next day, and when I came back to pick it up, the adhesive was not all gone. Now, you would think that if that was what the issue was to start with, you would check it over with a fine tooth comb to make sure it was properly done. But no, once again I had to leave my vehicle to get buffed again. Unfortunately, by the time y'all finished and I could come pick it up, it was dark. So I wasn't able to see as well as I should've to check your work. And lo and behold, a couple days later when the sun came out again, I'm looking at my vehicle that STILL has the adhesive marks on it. So, no, I am currently very UN-satisfied with the state of my vehicle after bringing it to Collision. While everyone I dealt with there was very nice, I should not have to bring it back to you a THIRD time because somebody doesn't know how to get the adhesive off that was put on by you in the first place. At this time, as much as I would like to recommend you to others for repairs, I can't do that unless y'all figure out how to get this adhesive off and make it right.
