IT WENT VERY SMOOTH. THEY HAVE THE PROCESS DOWN FROM APPRAISER TO RENTAL MAYBE BE AWARE NEW CUSTOMERS DONT KNOW PROCESS TO WALK THEM THROUGH WHAT ALL THEY DO & TAKE CARE OF FOR THE CUSTOMER
