While the end result of the repair was excellent, the constant delays, including having to paint three (3) times because the color did not match was very time consuming, requiring my car to be in the shop for 18 days which was not appreciated! The service advisor stated that the paint shop tried to paint the parts outside instead of in a paint booth! No wonder the color didn’t match! Paint booths are closed and equipped with filters to remove particulate matter. Caliber management should revise painting procedures to avoid delays and mistakes.

The vehicle took longer than expected to fix. After finding one replaced more than I expected I realized why it took so long. Lee was great at keeping me updated on all the cars phases of repair. Even when I called in. They were helpful in helping me find out what I needed to know.

While it took four months for the job to be complete, Wayne did a great job keeping me well-informed thought the process. I heard from him 2-3 times a week, which really helped my planning so that I could make other arrangements when I needed to do 'truck things.' In the end, a job well-done is much preferred to a job done quick.
