Their communication was great. Service was great. My car looks wonderful! I'm very happy with Caliber. My only comment is I wish they tried to reach me in my cell or my work number on Friday when my car was ready. I didn't get their message until after 5 when I got home from work. If they called my cell or work I would have been able to pick my car up sooner. Thank you for a job well done!

No. Based on the work that my car received and the lack of inspection by the head of the shop, No. at time of inspection and pick up the representative of your company noticed additional issues that i didn't see and said "we can schedule you to comeback and we can fix that." Fix that !! It should have been fixed before i was called to come get the car. It seemed like as we were going over the car, it was the first time anyone had looked at the final product. I believe based on the fact that the repair could not be completed to satisfaction, that the amount of damage was greater than lead to believe.

I was so dissatisfied with the repair to the vehicle, I did not return the vehicle to your shop to have the issues resolved since your shop was unable to resolve the repairs on the first try. The work was more than sub par. I was so disappointed that i traded the car in that day, just so I didn't have the headache of taking my car back to your shop.
