My experience from drop off to pick up was exceptional. Every individual that I had the pleasure of working with was kind, knowledgeable and too the time to explain to me the process step by step. A special shout out to Nichole for keeping me informed of my vehicles updates and explaining the process when working with an insurance company. I will be bringing all future car repairs to Caliber. I appreciated the seamless service and attention to detail.

I am thankful for the team here & all they have done to make this experience as easy as possible. They were quick to help, responsive & understanding. I could not be happier with the help I have received thus far. Unfortunately, as we are working through an insurance company, there was ultimately a miscommunication and Nichole was so informative and reassuring during the situation. She was quick to reach out to the insurance company and figure it out. My car will be back in the shop for upcoming repairs and it’s refreshing to know that it will be taken care of in a timely manner by a trusted shop with amazing people. Thank you, all.
