I am thankful for the team here & all they have done to make this experience as easy as possible. They were quick to help, responsive & understanding. I could not be happier with the help I have received thus far. Unfortunately, as we are working through an insurance company, there was ultimately a miscommunication and Nichole was so informative and reassuring during the situation. She was quick to reach out to the insurance company and figure it out. My car will be back in the shop for upcoming repairs and it’s refreshing to know that it will be taken care of in a timely manner by a trusted shop with amazing people. Thank you, all. I feel that they were trying to make money for Enterprise. I really don’t think it takes 9 days to repair . I had to pay over $450 out of my pocket for rental.
