Overall the car looks good, but I’m a little disappointed because the car came back with a couple minor scratches and a small door ding that weren’t there when I dropped it off.

My front end damage required one headlight to be replaced. I was initially told that the other headlight would be polished and cleaned so that they wouldn’t look mismatched. When I went to pick up my car the headlight wasn’t touched. They didn’t mention anything so I asked about it. They said that it wouldn’t be done because of a coating on the glass. I really wish that someone had told me because I would have had them replace the ugly one while they had the front end torn apart. Missed revenue for them, more expensive for me to get it done now, and it left me with a bad taste in my mouth so I probably won’t use them again if I need work done.
