The glass wasn't installed correctly and had to be corrected. The paint job has two unsightly blemishes. The repair was fast, but I'd have rather received perfect.

I had my door replaced and painted. Seemed pretty quick which was nice. I now have a crack in my windshield. After going over everything with the front desk lady (who was amazing) we agreed it may have been a previous rock chip that just happen to crack while getting repaired. I understand it happens and I'm not looking to scam or hustle. However, after 1 day passed and I drove at night I finally noticed my headlight bulb on the side the repairs were done is out. I get it, may have been a perfect storm. I went to replace the bulb myself and noticed the clip is broken not the bulb. I understand I'd this is my fault and just bad luck than i am responsible but i am irritated that this all happened the 8 days it was in your lot. If kids through rocks in that area and hit by car you should be responsible for rick chips but it is what it is. I dont want to waste my time dealing with who's fault and who needs to pay for and fix the issues. I just won't go back or use this company in the future or recommend it to other. Like I said fair is fair but it comes to a point I have been a rational understanding customer. I came in for an fix and left with $100s I have to fix myself .

Repair looks perfect, car came back clean. A little delay on the pickup date, but they lost power for half a day. Would go back for sure.
