Kevin was my contact. So I’m unable to rate Caliber, as Kevin is Caliber to me. He explained the entire process up front, so there were no surprises. Delays were expected due to Insurance Co requirements- this caused delays, but Kevin is a pro in dealing with the Insurance company “games” and their fuckups aka delays to the work flow. He was able to get everything completed- and stayed an hour and a half after hours to ensure a smooth completion of the process to deliver my car before a major holiday- that allowed me to have my car on the 7/2 , for the holiday, instead of having to wait until 7/6! Very impressive!!
