Repairs finished earlier than expected. Staff very friendly and helpful at a time when a person is still shook up from whole hit and run accident! I live close enough that staff even picked me up to get car when ready so I didn’t have to find a ride there. This is very important for people who have issues with finding help! I would definitely recommend this Caliber Collision on FM 78 to my family and friends. It was my referral from a good friend to go there.

Repairs finished 3 days earlier than originally expected! Staff excellent and worked with Ray Barr who was great. Even picked me up to go get car when ready because I would have had to find a ride there! I would definitely recommend this Caliber Collision shop to my friends & relatives!!

Ray did an excellent job and kept me informed of everything. He called me on Tues and asked if I could be in on Wednesday to pick up my Mazda. I told him that wouldn't be possible cause I had to work late on Wednesday. Ray completely understood and said Thursday would be fine. He then called Wednesday asking when I would be in (which i didnt mind) I explained someone called me yesterday (Tues) I told him I could and then it clicked in his head and said that is right you are working late. I picked it up he noticed something wrong and explained that the tail light went on then off. He could have very easily ignore it, but instead he took the car back and brought it back explaining to me that the tail light stopped working and when they pulled the light out it started to smoke. Ray is an asset to the team please buy that guy lunch or give him a pay raise
