I love the fact they have a relationship with a car rental. Staff was awesome, my truck turned out amazing. Job was finished way ahead of time. I hope i never need this service again but if i do, i know where to go.

Christian went above to ensure my situation was a smooth transition. He even apologized when it was not anything he did. Generally had my best interest at hand. I appreciated the constant communication about the process & status of my vehicle. He even went the extra mile to offer to stay late when I know he was there at open. I also want to recognize Alyssa. I had a situation with another repair shop, so my insurance reached outed the Caliber. From the very first conversation she was very empathetic with my situation. I also arrived early for my drop off. She greeted me with pleasure and again focused on my need. This was truly a first class customer service transaction.
