Cara was amazing. She went out of her way to work with me and accommodate my schedule. She kept me informed every step of the way and was enthusiastic and professional. I felt totally comfortable that my car would be taken care of. I never want to be involved in any type of accident but if I do I will choose Caliber and Cara in Converse. I've traveled a many of places in the states and overseas, and Caliber has the highest level of luxury customer service that I have ever experience in the 40 years of my life. It is becoming difficult to find genuine and caring people, but not at Caliber. Caliber doesn't need to change anything about how they run a business. Why mess up a perfect thing. Job well done, and wasn't expecting that type of grate service from a collision center, yet maybe at the Lamborghini dealership. Thanks again family.

Kara kept me informed throughout the entire time and actually completed the car8 days ahead of schedule. The car was in mint condition and so beautifully and professionally done I at first could not believe it was my car. It is perfect. Kara gave instructions how to wash it the first few weeks and why I should avoid those bristles of a car wash until the finish is set, or words to that affect. She went above and beyond being helpful and courteous. She made a very dreaded experience actually a very comfortable and pleasant one.
