Chris and staff at Caliper Collision on FM 78 to be very helpful and polite. Appropriate vehicle updates. As promised with informational updates of stages of repairs. Staff knowelegeble of required vehicle repairs. Reception personnel accommodating,polite,respectful. The Caliber Collision team on FM 78 were awesome. The customer service was outstanding and the sharing of information in regards to my vehicle was excellent. My adjuster in particular was amazing due to keeping me in the loop, answering questions whenever I had any and making my experience simple.
