I was really struggling to communicate with our insurance company. Donald and Cara really stepped up to cut through the red tape and get the replacement wheels and tires While They Were Available from the Dealership. The purchase did not fit into the normal parts purchase "box" , so they just found a way to get it done anyway! Thanks

The staff was friendly & thoughtful. My vehicle looks fantastic. They were really very detail oriented & not only fixed the vandalism to my Highlander, but they worked with Allstate to correct shoddy repairs from another shop. I was impressed with the visit. After I thought everything was complete, I realized I lost my phone. The staff helped me look in the lobby & then called Enterprise.(I accidentally dropped it in the rental.) I will recommend Caliber to my friends & family. Kara said I could stop by for coffee in the lobby & I think I might take her up on it. Thank you!

The repairs on my car were completed in a timely manner. Caliber Collision completed the repairs in four days, this was the fastest turn around that I've ever had with repairs. Surprisingly when I received my car back I noticed that it had been washed and cleaned out, it looked and smelled as if I was a brand new car.
