The customer service I received was exceptional. Ray was professional, friendly & very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions & give me all the information I needed to get me quickly back into my vehicle. The timeframe in which I got my vehicle back was very quick. The repair was completed quickly, but did have a minor flaw in the paint afterwards. However, reason for the downgrade was a week's worth of time that my car was not being worked on due to internal personnel turnover, or something like this, and I was not told about it until I called at the end of the week. The work needed on my car at the time was not even meant to be with the shop but with a subcontractor, so I was a little annoyed by the delay and lack of communication then. Overall, however, I would recommend using this shop again very friendly, responsive, and---for the most part--great communication.
