Couple of ways to improve - 1. Ensure clear and concise communication between the customer, insurance and the repair shop. It took ~2 weeks to get my vehicle from the initial after accident storage facility to the repair shop. Multiple times inaccurate information was communicated to me by the repair shop during this time frame. 2. Offer the customer the option to review the repair estimate in person do they can visualize the damage, understand the repairs needed and ask questions. Just receiving an itemized estimate of parts and labor isn’t easily comprehended by those not familiar with mechanical nomenclature. In addition, the customer may help point out damage. 4. At pickup , conduct a complete walk through of final repairs with the customer. 5. After a closer review of my vehicle I discovered the headlight unit was not properly secured and the hood was not evenly aligned. I tightened the bolts securing the headlight and this improved the hood alignment. In addition there is a major chip (down to the metal) on the passenger windshield pillar where the fender was pushed into it. This was clearly missed throughout the repair process. In my opinion it’s the repair shop’s responsibility to drive this entire process rather than the customer trying to keep pace. Keep in mind…Customers hopefully only go through an accident repair minimally, however this is everyday business for repair shops.

As the weather was heating up in Texas, I discovered my AC wasn’t working. I went to Caliber Collision location on FM78, Donald the manager, and his crew were friendly and very capable. Donald actually listened to my ideas of what may be wrong.They were able to diagnose and fix the problem under 3 hours! My dealership quoted me a week at least to find the problem. They were fast and efficient. They also even washed my car and vacuumed the inside so I got my car back sparkly and clean and they actually use the manufacturers parts. Very satisfied we’ll use them again if I have to but God please I don’t want to.

Ray made my process at Caliber super easy and straight to the point! Him and the young lady at reception were very informative and answered all of my questions when I called with concerns!
