Left adhesive splatters in the truck, roof and on the back passenger door. Made scratches on the car and told me they were from something like someone walking by and probably rub on the car - the scratches didn't occur during the accident. Told me I got a new lift gate, but then told me only things from the bottom got replaced when I started pointing things out.

John is the greatest auto repair employee I’ve ever worked with. Everything he does and says is kind and caring and professional. He delivered my vehicle to my apartment and was so patient in the process of me giving instructions to him.
