He was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He walked me through every step, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood exactly what was happening with my vehicle. John was great he kept us informed on how the car repair was coming along daily. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. The paint booth guys did great on matching the paint up on my mustang. I have to say that is a huge compliment to them coming from the daughter of a professional painter . I would recommend Caliber Collision on Lombrano street to anyone. John and associate even went out of their way to deliver my mustang to us. I give them a 10/10 all the way around! John was great! We had excellent customer service and received texts letting us know how our car was coming along daily. The paint both dept did an excellent job on paint matching our mustang. I have to say that is a huge compliment coming from the daughter of a professional painter. John and his associate were even kind enough to deliver our vehicle to our home.
