When we first dropped it off, there was a lot of communication and when we went to go pick it up the truck it still had problems with it that needed to be repaired and kept. Example there was a dent still that hadn’t been completely pulled out and the paint was not smooth. After we left it there we were told that it was gonna be going back into paint and Collision to be fixed, but I’m the one that kept having to call in and ask for updates. Even the insurance company that was responsible for their clients coverage was reaching out to me instead of your store. So I have mixed feelings about the service.

They failed to fix my wheel hub cap. Nathan said it was part of it and it was marked in green . .i turned in my rental and ad I was about to leave it wax obvious . I received several messages that it was complete. Now I have to drop off again and get another rental. I am very disappointed that I will be inconvenienced .

I have taken my care to caliber 4 times before this and never had any issues, this last time was the worst experience I have had. The members were unprofessional and the car was given back to me in horrible condition. It was dirty inside and out and certain things were not fixed. I have never been so disappointed.
