Eli is sarcastic and has poor communication skills. I had worked with him before. In November he told me he sent a photo of the damages to my car to his sister and they laughed at it together joking that the Hulk had smashed in my car. This time around he would delay in responding to me, said he was going to call and then didn't, and again met me with sarcasm in regards to my vehicle. I didn't feel comfortable asking him any questions.
