This was THE BEST experience I have ever had in dealing with auto repair of any kind. Ariadna was an excellent communicator throughout the whole time my vehicle was with Caliber, providing photos and documents of the whole process and being easy to reach and talk to by phone. The body work done to my van was pristine - you would never know it had been damaged, it was truly expert-level work. I also had a few issues after I picked up my car when the repairs were done, but Javier took care of them in about 20 minutes the very next business day. I couldn't be happier with my whole experience!

I had a great experience at the Caliber Collision near the San Jose Airport. My 2020 Nissan Rogue was rear-ended, and I brought it in for repairs. The entire process was simple, quick, and stress-free. Al clearly explained the damage and repair details, and the team even fixed a few other minor issues with my SUV. They also returned it freshly washed! The service was friendly, professional, and fast. I highly recommend this location!
