My service advisor, Al, was great—very informative and helpful throughout the entire process. He walked me through each step and was able to get my car back to me within just four days. His team was excellent as well. The young woman at the front desk was also wonderful. She carefully went over all of the paperwork with me, explained everything I was signing, and was extremely patient throughout the process. Overall, I had a great experience. Would definitely come back (I’m going to try not to, in a good way lol)

They provided Uber to go back to my home after I dropped my car for the repair. And they picked me up at my house to pick up my car after the repair was done. I never had this kind of special treatment at other repair shops. I appreciate their extra service. Plus, they explained the details of the necessary repair so that even I can understand it without any knowledge of car repairs. I really appreciate their services and speedy work. My car was done one day before the estimated date. Please don’t post my comment at the website. Thank you

I had a very positive experience with this body shop. I originally had a few paint patch areas that needed attention, but Al went above and beyond and had the entire right side of my vehicle repainted. The quality of the work looks very good, and my new bumper also looks great. Al helped me so much throughout the process. He took the time to show me the paint facility and explain the prep process, which gave me confidence that the repair was done properly. Veronica at the front office was also very fast, efficient, nice, and pleasant to work with. Overall, I am very satisfied with the professionalism, transparency, efficiency, and final result. I truly appreciate how well Al, Veronica, and the team took care of me and my vehicle.
