I honestly could say that the Ari did a fantastic job in attending to everything that was required. She was kind, courteous, and professional all through the whole process. Same with the lady in the front desk, she made sure that I got my schedule set up, gave me a Lyft, and helped make the process smooth. Both were amazing and worked as a team. I am looking forward to seeing my next visit if I ever have any collisions in the future I now know where to take it too.

The Caliber Collision staff that helped me were all very helpful and extremely nice. It was a very simple process for me to drop my car off and had no issues at all within the whole week my car was at the shop. I’d recommend this location for anyone that needs repairs. I called the next day because I realized my chrome trim had marks still. The adjuster Al got crazy, rude and demeaning. He was acting like I just did it and was trying to get it done for free. I hung up with him because I couldn’t even get a word in to speak and it was causing me distress. I only asked about the process to fixing it b/c it was still part of the claim. Luckily my husband came home and polished off chrome taking off the remaining marks. It was a simple question that definitely did not need that reaction toward their customers
