I had a great experience with this auto body shop, particularly Ari, and can’t recommend them enough. From the start, they were incredibly friendly and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Ari kept me informed every step of the way, with clear and timely communication about the repairs and timeline. What really stood out was how they handled an additional issue they discovered that wasn’t covered by my initial insurance claim. Instead of brushing it off, they took the time to explain everything and went out of their way to help find a solution. That level of care and honesty is rare. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work.

Caliber Collision at Terminal Ave are very professional, gave me a quote, handled the insurance company, called the rent a car to pick me up, did an absolutely gorgeous job on the repair, took my payment and handled the rent a car company to pick up the loaner car.
