It's never great to get in an accident and need repairs to your car, but the service at Caliber Collision turned an unfortunate experience into a nice service. We dropped off our car, Caliber had someone from Enterprise Rental pick us up, they kept us informed whilst they worked on the car and let us drop our rental car back with them as they gave us our car back. The work was great - the car is perfect again!

Absolutely fantastic team. This is the second time we brought our car to Caliber Collision and they were even better than the first time (which was great). From intake of the car, to helping us get a rental car and returning the car for us afterwards, to keeping us updated along the way and finishing the car earlier than we expected. The repair duration extended to 35 days for a relatively limited scope of work. During this entire period, I incurred significant out-of-pocket rental expenses. Additionally, I had to return to the facility due to the missing front license plate bracket, and the used bumper also has visible surface damage upon delivery. Although I appreciate the $100 goodwill credit, it does not reasonably reflect the financial impact and inconvenience caused by the extended timeline and post-delivery issues.
