I was a little leery about going back to Caliber since I wasn't impressed with the one in Austin, but it's what USAA recommended, so I thought, let me try the San Marcos location. WOW. WOW. WOW. When Larry drove out with the vehicle, I didn't even recognize it. Speaking of Larry, I had 2 insurance claims and then a list of "other". And I said, this is what I care about, and this is what I don't. He totally understood me and my needs, THEN COMMUNICATED it to the team there. I guess Larry and I are old school in regards to customer service. But the team who did the work are magicians in my opinion. I couldn't be happier.

This is the second occasion I've selected Caliber Collision for repair work while utilizing my Nationwide auto policy. During both instances the staff at Caliber were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. There was a 24 hour delay in having my repair completed but I do not regard this as a major issue.
