Absolutely one of the best customer services at the San Marcos location. Specifically Chris and Larry. Chris took time out of his day for me to pick up my car and really helped me get the car when I needed it. Larry kept me informed and continuously monitored the status of my vehicle. Hands down professional and warm. Something I would not have expect from a national franchise. Plus the car looks better than before. Hats off to everyone at the Caliber Collision at San Marcos. Should be studied as the standard for the collision repair industry. Seriously thank you so much!
