Thank you to everyone at Caliber! From start to finish the Caliber team could not have been more friendly, courteous and professional. Having a vehicle damaged in a parking lot hit and run is never a joyful experience, but the Caliber team made the aftermath of the negative experience into something pain free and pleasant. Special thanks to Nancy and Roni for their great communication. This was especially important since we live out of state and our college daughter was visiting us when the damage occurred to her car back on campus. USAA and Caliber coordinated to make the logistics happen. While we didn’t meet the repair team, the car looks beautiful! Our daughter is so pleased to have her car back and looking like nothing ever happened. Thank you one and all!

David was amazing. He communicated with me every step of the way and was so considerate of my needs and worries about my repair. He kept me updated and even got the job done in a timely manner so I could return my rental before the holiday. I can’t thank him and his team enough for making a frustrating situation as easy for me as possible. I hope that I won’t have to see them again anytime soon, but if I need a body shop in the future I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
