David was very informative throughout the whole process. He also made sure that when I received my vehicle if there was anything I was unsatisfied with let him know and he would get it resolved immediately, which when I found an issue he did take care of it ASAP

From the first phone call I received from Caliber, Nancy, David and the entire team have been wonderful at keeping me informed of the repair process. They took time to answer all my questions, kept me updated with how things were going, and most of all did an excellent job on the repair to my car. I can't even tell that anything was wrong with it! Had a fender bender, and caliber collision provided me awesome customer service. Got my car back in a timely manner. Work performance was excellent. Will be taking my daughters vehicle to get some work done. Shout out to David and the young lady in front. They took great care of me!
