This is the 2nd time I’ve been to Calibar. They are always professional and they do a great job. This time I went to pick up my car I was very disappointed in how I was received. The reception person was uninterested and acted like I was in her way. It's too bad because one employee can leave a lasting impression The rest of the staff were amazing as they were the last time I was there

Caliber has done a fantastic job on my vehicle each time that I have brought it to them. The technician who originally helped me was amazing and very helpful. He was professional and friendly. My only issue was when I went to pick up my car the reception person was no where to be found I called out for several minutes with no response and when she finally came into the building she had no real interest in helping me. I called on the phone several time before I arrived to let them know that I was on my way but there was no answer. When I commented on this I was told they didn’t have enough help. It is funny how one person can leave such an impression
