Having never gone into an accident with my car until this one and hearing anecdotal horror stories about Tesla repairs, I anticipated the worst. To my surprise, it took Caliber Collision less than two weeks to complete the repair from start to finish. Communication was on point to keep me updated on progress and the car looks great. The icing on the cake was they delivered the car to my home and took back the rental to drop off. Overall, this was a great experience and appreciate the team involved to make it happen.

My car looks brand new again. Like nothing ever happened. The gentleman that helped me kept me informed amd updated throughout the whole process. And my car was done almost a week early. I was very pleased with customer service and the work done on my vehicle.

Paint job excellent but will actively not recommend to others because of how Caliber dealt with problems that they created during their repair process. One problem they created still not fixed!!! New leak in camper shell where it connects to body of truck. Felipe says that this is wear and tear. The seal of the boot was watertight before this repair. Clearly Caliber did not test this when they tested their repair. They told me that they only lifted the camper shell on the repair side. That is where the new leak is. The other side is still water tight. I sent photographs to Caliber. Caliber (Graciella - the initial estimator) said that this would be no problem, and if need be Caliber would reseal it with a new part. I voiced that concern over several phone calls with her, and AAA.
