Each person I interacted with was very friendly, courteous and concerned with efficiency. And Ruben was really great about keeping me informed. The whole process went very smoothly. I was very impressed! Enterprise is a bit of a scene but that’s outside your control ( “We pick you up.” is more like “We keep you waiting, try to charge you for an upgrade and give you a dirty car” But at least I got a rental!) Enterprise makes you look good. Lol

All of your staff at Caliber were amazing. Front desk person was very friendly and clear about how everything was going to workout. Leo was very communicative and helpful through out the process and Ruben was the icing always answered ny text messages in a timely manner when I had questions, even made accommodations so I could get to my rental after being out of town. You all made this accident of my car into an enjoyable experience. Thank you to all of you, will definitely be recommending Caliber to anyone I know who needs repairs.
