The work was good but I was hoping for more updates as to the timing of when I could pick the car up. Also the license plate frame was rattling after install which was not a problem before the repair, I had to ask for extra foam to be added which should have been an obvious thing to do when replacing the hatchback. In the end, the work was fine and it all worked out, just some small touches in the customer experience would help

Very nice job done on bumper repair. Although only my front right fog light was broken, it would have been nice to get both right/left hardwares replaced for a fine polished match. And I understand insurance is only going to fix what’s broken. So that is just personal cosmetics.

Dennis greeted me on time for my appointment, assessed the damage to my bumper, and even pointed out unfortunate animal hair still on my bumper despite using a drive thru car wash. Settling up the bill was painless upon picking up my car during my work lunch time.

Service was quick, courteous and efficient. The bumper looks great and I feel safer knowing the absorber is in good order. The paint isn’t an exact match and my battery was run low but both of those are better than bolt holes in my bumper. Thanks guys!
