They were great and took care of me. On days where they estimated I'd be able to pick up the car, I would have liked earlier heads up one way or the other so I could know how to plan my afternoon. But I usually called and they gave me the answer I needed

They were great. My only concern was the wait time to see the estimators. They’re juggling appointments. I understand that appointments vary in time spent with a customer. Just got a little too long.

From the moment I arrived at the shop I knew I was in good hands. It started outside in the car park area where the gentleman pointed out where I should park and directed me to the office.. fAfter that each person I encountered was very helpful and knowledgeable,. It is my first time having to be at a repair shop due to an accident.
