Communication with the customer was poor. My contact at Caliber did not appear to know what was happening.

The body work is fine. The reassembly is not so good. The lock on the right rear door does not work now when pressing the auto lock button. Manually, it is very sticky.

Friendly, but incompetent. He told me that he would keep me informed about the process and the schedule. I had to call to get information. When I called, he never seemed to know what the status was and had to run out to the shop to find out.

Your entire staff is amazing~everyone was so kind and helpful! The repair work that was done, was above and beyond my expectations. The car looked great when I picked it up. And lastly, thank you very much for completely cleaning my car~my 1999 Camry hasn't looked that good, in the last ten years! I am so pleased that AAA recommended Caliber. Thanks again!
