Not sure. I think my experience was atypical and I can't speak to actual repair quality. While the customer service was very good, the difficulties in producing a simple estimate for the theft claim were not encouraging. Maybe that will improve once they work out their system processes.

The customer service was great, and the advisor I worked with was also great and kept in good communication with me. However, there seemed to be confusion about how to work w/ AAA on theft claims; at one point they told me they weren't allowed to process theft claims before that got cleared up with the regional manager (not sure about the title, but someone higher in the organization). There were also problems with their systems that required intervention from higher-level people as well. It took way too long to get a simple estimate and when I got the final printout after my car was released, the paperwork didn't list any of the parts in the estimate. My understanding is that this shop used to be under a different name and recently merged with Caliber Collision so maybe that caused the issues they were encountering with their system.
