Just wanted to say that Nico has the most calm demeanor and is very reassuring. When I arrived for my appointment, my insurance had not sent the assignment of my claim into your system. Nico was entirely unruffled, had a plan and a backup plan and communicated them clearly to me. Made what could have felt like a big deal into no big deal on a Monday morning. Much appreciated!

My car looks beautiful. The only downside was that I had to bring it back to get a headlamp buffed and the headlamp that was installed wasn’t working. (Turns out a plug was not plugged in)
