I was not unhappy with the repairs that were done, but based on the automatic updates that I received during the course of my repairs, and the amount of time between when the repairs were authorized versus completed as compared to the invoiced amount of labor hours, it appears that the work was being performed before it was authorized -- contrary to my express, written instruction that the work was not authorized at the time. In addition, I had questions about the estimate, which appeared to be inflated, and the final repair costs, which were identical to the estimated amounts of time for every item. The probability of this occurring is extremely low, particularly for the tasks that were estimated to take several hours. These constitute improper business practices, at best, and would cause me not to recommend this shop to anyone.

Had to make multiple requests to get the repair estimate. When I called to arrange to pick up my car I could not reach the person I had been dealing with, who had left by the time I called at 5 pm, and I was not directed to someone else who was knowledgeable about my file.
