The team were beyond wonderful. Well organized, great communication, and cared about my experience. This was very appreciated after i lost my home in the 2025 Altadena wildfire. While stopped at a red light, my car was rear-ended causing damage. This I did not need, but your team made it easy to deal with. Thank you. Great Company.

I was pleasantly surprised on many fronts. Alejandro the estimator for Caliber kept me well informed throughout. Good customer service. Plus the car was repaired in three days and it looks like new. Thought it would take much longer. I think I had Caliber repair some vehicles more than 10 years ago. Glad to see they continue to maintain a high level of service, work and professionalism. Would highly recommend them to others
